Conflict is almost a daily occurance today. We are confronted with poor customer service and technology problems are wrought with frustrations and seemingly no human solution! Then there are the daily issues with people you work with, vendors and customers. Christians At Work believes this is one of the most important issue that we can address. There are TWO main areas where Christains can be different from none believers...how we react to life changes and CONFLICT management! Let's go to Matthew chapter 13 which contains some of the key kingdom parables that Jesus taught. Let me reiterate "Jesus was living and demonstrating the Kingdom in the way He lived his life. He used the parables to explain why he did what he did" one of the key ways to understand the Kingdom is to study the principles Jesus taught through these parables. He wanted us to understand what he was doing. He didn't want it to be a mystery. He didn't want his disciples to think only Jesus and God can do that. He said, look, if you put these principles into place they will work for you as well.

Conflict can be seen in two ways that are fundamentally different. One way is to look at it as an inevitable negative experience that we should simply endure. The other view of conflict sees it as an opportunity that God can use to accomplish much good.
